KIDSTOWN IS A CHILDREN’S MINISTRY UNIQUELY DESIGNED WITH YOUR CHILD IN MIND.
Every Sunday during the 9:30 and 11 am services, all children (babies through 5th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the bible is taught in fun and creative ways. we would love to see you and your family visit Kidstown at Northwest this Sunday. Join the fun and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level.
FIRST TIME HERE?
OUR HOPE IS THAT YOUR CHILD WILL BE FULLY ENGAGED IN KIDSTOWN, AND WE WANT YOU TO BE ASSURED THAT THEY’LL BE SAFE TOO.
Start out by visiting one of the Check-In Stations located in the Family Room. If you are checking-in more than one child, you will be able to check all of your children in at one time.
Each time your child attends, they'll get checked-in with a simple process, either with a volunteer at a check-in station or on your own at an unassisted station – whichever you prefer. Your child will be given a room/age assignment and security tag. The tag will include a security code. Place the tag on your child’s shirt and drop your child off at his assigned location. Remember to keep the other security tag. You will need that tag to pick up your child after service.
Each weekend your kid will be joined by our incredible volunteers; these volunteers love God and think hanging out with your kids is pretty fun too. Every volunteer is personally trained and federally screened to ensure that your child is going to have a fantastic, but safe, time with us.
SECURITY
Every child receives a name tag with a matched label printed for each parent designed for identification purposes. Every one of our volunteers is screened and run through a federal background check process before they are able to serve within Kids Town. Every hallway door is locked. We take every security precaution we can for your children.
6 WEEKS - PRE-K
Main St. is our weekly environment created especially for your infant (six weeks) through preschool-aged children. We can’t wait to meet them! We know things are busy at this life phase and your children are learning and growing in amazing ways. We are ready for them.
We believe in an active, hands-on approach to learning with preschool children. So, you can plan on a lot of jumping, singing, dancing, and laughter in every experience. Be on the lookout for fun crafts and big games too.
K-5TH GRADE
In Uptown, we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really loud, and good leaders always care. Uptown kids participate in large group worship and teaching. They learn more about God through singing, teaching, and life applications. After large group, they spend time in small groups where they learn more about the lesson, ask questions, work through activities, build relationships with their peers and group leaders and learning community.

WHAT TIME DOES KIDSTOWN CHECK-IN OPEN?
Check-in to Kidstown opens 15 minutes prior to our Sunday services at the check-in stations in the Family Room.
HOW ARE KIDSTOWN GROUPS ORGANIZED?
Our Kidstown groups are organized by age and grade: 6 weeks-24 months, 2-3 Year Olds, 4-5 Years Olds, Kindergarten, 1st Grade-2nd Grade, 3rd-4th Grade, and 5th Grade.
WILL MY CHILDREN BE ABLE TO BE IN THE SAME ROOM?
Because our Kidstown groups are organized by age and grade, your children may not be able to be in the same room.
HOW IS MY CHILD PROMOTED TO THE NEXT ROOM?
Children are promoted by age until kindergarten. Then they will be promoted once a year, based on grade level.
